Preparation Tips For Your Delivery:

When you've placed your cabinet order, it's essential to get ready for the upcoming delivery. Standard Order Lead Time: Allow 3-4 days for handling and delivery of stock inventory products with standard finishes. Depending on your location or if you've requested special customizations, such as adjusting the depth of a wall cabinet and interior shelf dimensions, additional time may be necessary."

Important Reminders About Receiving Your Cabinet Order:

Concealed Damage Reporting:

Please check the contents of your delivery upon arrival and report any missing or visibly damaged cabinets to the delivery driver.

Mark damaged or missing cartons on the bill of lading.

Cabinetly LLC is not responsible for missing or visibly damaged items after you sign for your delivery.

If There Are Any Signs Of Damage:

Write a specific and thorough description of the damage and/or shortage on the proof of delivery (POD).

Note on the POD whether the shrink wrap IS or IS NOT intact.

Take pictures immediately.

Report the damage to the shipper promptly. Concealed damage must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of delivery.

Important Notice:

Freight carriers are solely responsible for delivering curbside only. Inside delivery services are not offered.

Products may arrive on pallets; Cabinetly LLC is not responsible for pallet and packaging removal.

Shipping Details:

Delivery Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (excluding holidays). Note that service frequency may vary, with some areas serviced on specific days per week, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on the location.

Handling Fee: For orders within a 30-mile radius, a handling fee of $250 will be applied. This is in addition to any applicable "Limited Area Delivery" or "Restricted Area Delivery" charges.

Receiving Orders: A person of at least 18 years of age must be present to receive the order. The delivery carrier will confirm the delivery date and schedule within an eight-hour window.

Delivery Attempts: One delivery attempt will be made, with notifications sent via email or text. If the customer is unavailable, resulting in an undeliverable product, additional shipping and storage fees will apply.

Shipping Information: Detailed information will be collected, including apartment details, parking access, non-paved roads, steep driveways, road weight restrictions, and ferry access.

Preparation: Prepare for delivery by ensuring an empty, clean, and dry space for inspecting and viewing individual cartons upon curbside delivery.

Communication: Inform your designer of any special delivery circumstances before placing your order.

Delivery Limitations: Delivery to your address may be restricted by location or circumstances, and we reserve the right to adjust delivery methods and carriers accordingly.

Additional Charges: 

If a scheduled delivery fails due to circumstances beyond the carrier's control (e.g., customer not home, insufficient information provided), an additional charge will be applied for re-delivery.

Inclement Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances: If a scheduled delivery is impeded by weather or unforeseen circumstances, the delivery carrier will contact you to reschedule. Neither Cabinetly LLC nor the delivery carrier assumes responsibility for lost time or wages resulting from these occurrences.

Estimated Shipping Dates: Estimated shipping dates are calculated based on Standard Orders.

Shipping Destinations: Cabinetly LLC exclusively ships to the Greater Washington DC, Baltimore, and Northern Virginia regions. Regrettably, shipping services are not available to other US territories or destinations.

Warranty Clause: The warranty becomes null and void if the product is installed outside of the specified region mentioned above.

Replacement Orders:

No charge will be incurred for a replacement part if it precisely matches the defective or damaged part and satisfies any of the following criteria:

Original was damaged during shipping.

Falls under the Cabinetly LLC warranty.
